The City of Melville is inviting Registrations of Interest (ROI) for the lease of one available office space at Goolugatup Heathcote, located in the heart of Applecross on the banks of the Derbal Yerrigan.
The Opportunity
We have one light-filled 59m² office space available. This is an ideal opportunity for a creative business, arts organisation, or not-for-profit looking to join our collaborative, cultural community.
The available space includes:
• 1 x 59m² light-filled office
• Natural light and heritage charm
• Access to shared kitchen and bathroom amenities
• Shared end-of-trip facilities

Goolugatup Heathcote is a state heritage-listed cultural precinct, home to:

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a tenant who:
• Works in the arts, creative industries or a related not-for-profit sector
• Aligns with our vision for a vibrant, inclusive, and activated cultural precinct
• Wants to collaborate and contribute to the ongoing evolution of Goolugatup Heathcote
Timeline (Indicative)
ROI Opens: 1 June 2025
ROI Closes: 29 June 2025
Review & Shortlist: 30 June – 6 July 2025
Negotiation & Lease Finalisation: 7 – 13 July 2025
Selection Criteria
Your proposal should:
• Align with the Goolugatup Heathcote Place Vision & Place Plan
• Complement existing tenants and site activities
• Demonstrate a sustainable business plan and community value
Confidentiality & Conflict of Interest
All proposals will remain confidential and may be used to guide future planning. Conflicts of interest must be declared as part of your submission.
